At Island Spice Jamaica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavorful purchase; however, due to the nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on items that are damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your spice or seasoning order.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging or the incorrect item received to help us verify the claim and improve our shipping process.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on whether to discard or return the item.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After processing, we will either ship out a fresh replacement of your favorite Jamaican blends or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
